Happy New Year’s Eve!
2025 has been whirlwind for Wingates Band
Highlights include some amazing new sell-out concerts for our local community, taking away some silverware at contests, and a successful Whit Friday March contest in Saddleworth! Those who follow us know that we have been working hard to build and improve our band over the years. Captain Andrew Porter, MD of the Grenadier Guards joined our Music team this year, and we were successful on our application to represent the UK at Kerkrade in 2026 World Music Contest.
We are also looking forward to some joint concerts with special guests, and a few new musical projects for 2026.
A huge thank you to our friends and supporters. We hope to see you again at concerts soon!
