We’re Going to the Brass Band World Cup… and We Need YOU! 🎶
Big news… Wingates Band is heading to the Kerkrade World Music Contest — one of the biggest and most exciting brass band competitions on the planet! 🌍🔥
This is our chance to represent our community on a truly international stage, performing alongside some of the very best bands in the world.
And honestly… we couldn’t be more excited (or slightly nervous 😅).
💸 The Not-So-Glamorous Bit…
Getting a full band (plus instruments the size of small cars 🚛) to the Netherlands isn’t exactly cheap.
We need help covering things like:
- ✈️ Travel
- 🏨 Accommodation
- 🎺 Instrument transport (yes… even the tubas!)
- 🎼 Competition costs
